We stayed at the Papakea resort. Amazing property , views, location, and amenities. We grilled every day. The unit was missing a few things which the staff was wonderful about getting to us as soon as possible. We would absolutely use tropical bound again.

We just arrived back home to Massachusetts after almost 3 glorious weeks (with our family of six) on the Big Island and Maui!!! Randy and Sarah of Tropical Bound set us up for a truly unforgettable family vacation!!! Randy took time to speak with us by phone, at the time of our booking, and was indescribably kind and accommodating in considering what locations and condos would be ideal for our family’s desires. He truly nailed it! Our condo on BI was so spacious and had everything we could want, and was only steps away from the two gorgeous pools - and the ocean -and close to town of Kona! With this as our “home base”, we explored all over BI. The magical highlight was the night snorkeling with mantas! The highlight of our Maui condo was location! We loved how accessible it was to Kamaole II Beach in Kihei and so many shops. Our kids (ages 10-16) had freedom to explore the area independently with no worries on our part. We saw the Haleakala sunrise, Road to Hāna, and our daughter celebrated her 12th birthday snorkeling at Molokini Crater! We cannot thank Randy and Sarah enough for their spot-on guidance! If we get back to Hawaii, rest assured we will be reaching out to book through them again! They really delivered! ???? We HIGHLY recommend Tropical Bound for anyone who appreciates personalized and exceptional service in finding your vacation lodging in Hawaii!

Through the wonderful Randy, I arranged for two condos at Kihei Kai Nani for one week this past July. Randy was so helpful in giving us a price that allowed for my sister to have her own condo - she is a special education teacher, and the pricing was perfect for her budget. The condo my husband and I stayed in was clean and well stocked with beach supplies. When we had an issue with the cable and television, Randy was right on top of it and solved the problem with a phone call. I cannot recommend Randy and Tropical Bound highly enough. As we travel to the islands frequently, I will ALWAYS book through Tropical Bound. Thank you, Randy, for being such an excellent host!

I recommend this company 100%! We stayed in Kihei mid-April at Maui Vista #321. Very clean, nice little view of the ocean, tradewinds were comfortable, only turned on the A/C once. Loved the refrigerator with ice maker, everything you'll need in the kitchen, directly across the street from Charlie Young beach, awesome place to snorkel with the turtles and watching the sunset. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. BBQ'S were great, grounds very well kept and it was so quiet there. Rarely ran into people on the elevator. When we return we'll be booking the same place, hopefully won't take me 19 years to return to beautiful Maui. Thank you Randy!!

I will never use another company to book a place on Maui! Tropical Bound Condo Rentals saved our vacation this morning! We initially booked with another company and were awakened at 8 a.m. by demo in the condo right next to ours. Drills, pounding on the wall our bed is up against. Apparently an entire demo and reconstruction going on that will obviously last through our entire vacay. The management company we were using said they had not been notified. While they did immediately put in calls to the Maui Banyan office (angry that they had not been informed) after a few hours it felt like they weren't going to do anything. They kept telling me about other places that had openings that I could call, but then would mention that they were $100+ a night more than what I was paying. Obviously that would be on me. I had seen recommendations on Facebook for Tropical bound Condos, so I called and in less than an hour they hooked me up with a better place and gave me a generous rate. They are the real deal folks. Personalized, sincere care. So rare in today's online booking world. On future trips to Maui...this will be our first an only call for accommodations. Don't mess around with anyone else or VRBO...just give Tropicalbound a call. Bless you, my knight in shining armor!
